About Annie
Hello there! I’m Annie, the voice behind The Resiliency Project. Part thought leader in the art of bouncing back, modern muse, or just a New Orleans local figuring it all out, I’ve dedicated my life to unraveling the secrets of resilience, one story at a time. This isn’t all glitter and glam either; I’ve made my fair share of mishaps. Maybe we can just explore this resiliency thing together.
Resilience: Can you lose your resilience? Yes? No? Maybe? If you can’t lose it, can you get back? Where does it go? Can you grow more, flex it, stretch it, rekindle it? How? That’s what we explore here. What is this thing called resilience in real life? No cliches such as, “be strong” – what does that even mean when you don’t know how to bounce back (or wonder if you even can). I’ve been there in my fair share of life’s chapters, from widowhood to other kinds of loss that almost broke me.
Born with a dash of grit and a sprinkle of sass, I’ve navigated life’s rollercoaster with humor, humility, and an unshakable belief in the power of human endurance. Whether it’s sharing heartfelt tales of triumph, dishing out practical wisdom, or infusing every moment with a wink and a smile, I’m here to guide you through the twists and turns of your journey. Come be a part of our tribe.
My mission is simple: to inspire, empower, and remind you that no matter how tough the times, there’s always a way to shine brighter and laugh louder. So, join me as we explore resilience with grace, grit, and a touch of fabulous flair. Let’s turn life’s challenges into our greatest comebacks, together.
P.S. Our budget? Nonexistent. These snaps? Straight from my phone. No pros, no filters—just like me really. That tracks, and these just may stay that way.
